Open the Provoke Deck popup, enter the activation key issued for your license, and select Activate. The extension creates an installation identifier and securely contacts the ProvokeAI licensing service.
License refresh
If your subscription is active but the extension looks unlicensed, reopen the popup and use Refresh. A successful refresh updates the local signed entitlement state.
Device limit reached
The current Pro plan supports up to two active devices. Deactivate an old installation before activating a replacement device. If a device is no longer accessible, contact support.
Downloads
Confirm Chrome has permission to download files and that the source website is reachable. Provoke Deck keeps local queue, retry, duplicate-prevention, and history state to help diagnose interrupted transfers.
Website compatibility
Supported websites can change without notice. If a gallery, preview, or download control stops working after a site update, include the affected page type and Provoke Deck version in your support message.
Privacy or deletion requests
For requests concerning licensing records or support information held by ProvokeAI, use the support request builder. Local extension data can be removed by clearing extension storage or uninstalling Provoke Deck.

Send enough detail to reproduce the problem.
Please include your Provoke Deck version, browser version, the feature that failed, what you expected to happen, and the exact error message if one appeared. Do not send passwords, authentication cookies, payment-card information, or private third-party content.
