1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful informational, account, and support purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the website or Client Portal, bypass authentication or rate limits, probe the service in a manner that creates unreasonable risk, impersonate another user or ProvokeAI, or use the service to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

2. Client Portal accounts and security

The Client Portal is intended for customers who can verify a license associated with their customer record. You are responsible for protecting your password, activation key, authenticator access, recovery codes, and devices used to access the portal. Do not share account credentials or attempt to claim a license that does not belong to you.

Multi-factor authentication is required for portal access. Certain sensitive actions may require a recent second-factor verification. If you believe your account, activation key, authenticator, or recovery codes have been compromised, contact support promptly and stop using exposed credentials where possible.

We may revoke sessions, restrict an account, require reauthentication, or take other reasonable security measures when we detect suspected abuse, compromise, fraud, or a threat to customers or the service.

3. Product terms

Individual ProvokeAI products may have their own terms, privacy policies, and purchase conditions. Those product-specific terms control where they conflict with these website and portal terms. Provoke Deck's terms are available at /provokedeck/terms/.

Portal license and device controls act on the licensing records associated with your customer account. Deactivating a device can require that device to be activated again before licensed functionality resumes.

4. Billing and payment services

When paid plans or billing-management features are enabled, payment processing and payment-method changes may be handled through a third-party payment provider's hosted checkout or customer portal. Additional purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, or subscription terms presented at purchase or by the payment provider may apply. Do not send full card numbers or card security codes through support forms.

5. Intellectual property

The ProvokeAI name, product names, site design, original software, and original documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to third-party services do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

6. Availability

We may change, suspend, secure, or remove website, Client Portal, or account features as products and services evolve or when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website and Client Portal are provided “as is” and “as available.” Product capabilities and availability are governed by the applicable product documentation and terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Contact

Questions can be submitted through the ProvokeAI support page. Licensed customers may also use the authenticated Client Portal.
